Purchasing Workflow can be configured to send out “approval notifications” via email with a hyperlink directly to launch the specific Web Approval.

The Pacifictech GO App for Smartphone Approvals

For the travelling executive, the Web approvals can be accessed from a smartphone browser. This capability can significantly improve the workflow completion performance. The Pacifictech GO App allows you to process these approvals seamlessly.

Pacifictech PunchOut - Web Procurement Catalog

A punchout catalog is a catalog that resides on a supplier’s e-commerce site but is viewable by customers who are using their own company’s procurement applications to make purchases – in this case Pacifictech’s PW-Web.

The technology used redirects buyers from their procurement app to the supplier’s website. From the supplier’s site, customers can search for, compare, and select what they want to buy before returning their shopping cart items to PW-Web for approval and creation of the purchase order.

With the PunchOut, you can customize shopping experiences for staff to view the supplier’s latest catalogs in real-time.

PW-WebWeb Requisitions & Approvals is the first of a number of genuine Cloud-based Web Portals that leverage the power the Pacifictech Workflow solutions and Sage 300.

Pacifictech provides the Web based technology as a Cloud Service; the Web forms communicate with the customers “on-premise” implementation of Sage 300 via Web services.

Web Requisitions and Approvals remove the technical complexity of an Internet facing solution from the customer.

Business Model

Web Requisitions are an ongoing cost to the customer, the charges comprise of a transactional fee that decreases for high volume users.

A service contract is mandatory between the customer and Pacifictech as the service provider.

Where Purchasing Workflow has already been implemented, there is minimal effort required to have the organisation leveraging the benefits that the Web Requisitioning & Approvals portal can provide.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The on-premise installation must be operating Sage 300 version 5.5A or above, with one of the Pacifictech Workflow products - Purchasing Workflow | Payables Workflow | Workflow & Notifications have been implemented.

The PW-Web Web Service must be accessible to the Pacifictech Web
